Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 July 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Ocube. By creating an account or using the Ocube platform you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account.
  • Admin users are responsible for managing users, roles and permissions within their organisation.

3. Subscription & fees

Access to paid features is provided under a subscription plan (Starter, Growth or Enterprise). Fees, seat limits and features are described on the Pricing page and are charged in GBP, exclusive of VAT unless stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Ocube to break the law or infringe third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Upload malware, illegal content, or data you don't have the right to share.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the operational data you enter into Ocube. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Ocube available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period; thereafter data may be deleted in line with our retention policy.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ocube's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
